Simple Garlic Spread

Garlic butter 200 g garlic, 250 g butter. Peel the garlic, rinse it in boiling water, allow it to dry, crush it, mix it with the butter and rub it through a sieve.

Tomato butter 100 g butter, 1 tablespoon spicy tomato sauce, 2 garlic cloves, salt to taste. Beat the butter to the consistency of sour cream, add the tomato sauce and the crushed garlic with a pinch of salt. Whisk well.

Cottage cheese with garlic 250 g cottage cheese, 2-3 garlic cloves, 5 tablespoons oil, 1 lemon, 2-3 tablespoons sour cream, red pepper, and salt to taste.

Crush the garlic with the salt, gradually pour the resulting puree over the cottage cheese, sprinkle with pepper, add the lemon juice, add the sour cream and mix well.

Garlic kitchen 

300 g cottage cheese, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, parsley leaves, salt. Rub the cottage cheese well in a bowl, add the finely chopped garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley leaves, salt if you like, and mix well again.

Garlic with walnuts: a large head of garlic, 1 glass of walnut kernels, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt to taste.

Crush the garlic, add the nuts and mash well. Add the oil and lemon juice, salt and mix well again.

40 g of dried porcini mushrooms, 150 g of salted mushrooms, 30 g of oil, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, vinegar, pepper, salt, and onion leaves to taste. Boil the dried mushrooms, wash the salted mushrooms, and mince them in a meat grinder with the onions fried in oil. Cool, add vinegar, pepper, garlic crushed with salt, and stir. Spread on sandwiches and sprinkle with chopped onion leaves.

Mushroom butter 100 g butter, 3 tablespoons sautéed chopped mushrooms, salt, chives, pepper, salt to taste. Sauté the mushrooms in their juices with a little fat to evaporate the juices and drain the mushrooms. Cool. Beat the butter until fluffy, add the cooled mushrooms, the spices and mix well.
