Craig, you're a freakin genius! I can't believe how much has been done since! Just so you all know, we want others to take this concept as a seed, & spread it to other communities!

I would appreciate details on how to start loquat trees from seed. My friend gave me five seeds and I want to start ASAP. He has one tree but it is the largest loquat tree I have ever seen.

My location is 3 1/2 miles north of Fort Bragg, CA and less than a mile from the ocean.

An excellent idea. You've certainly got the right climate for it in Florida.
